Career Fair - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where is it held?
A: In the BYU Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) - Ballroom.
Q: What time can I begin setting up my booth?
A: 7 a.m.
Q: What is the actual time for the Career Fair?
A: It begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.
Q: Where should I ship my display?
A: First, make sure your company's name is clearly marked on several sides of the box.

To locate your shipment, you must have your tracking number available.
Q: How soon should I ship my display?
A: Three weeks prior to the event. If the display is shipped later than a week before the fair, the Postal services on shipping and receiving ends do not have enough time to process your displays through their systems. If your displays cannot be sent any sooner than a week prior to the career fair, please bring them with you.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Go to www.byu.edu, and click on "campus maps," the lot directly north of the baseball diamond, Lot #49 (turn left off of University Parkway) has been reserved for recruiter parking.
Q: How will I get to the WSC from the parking lot?
A: We will have vans shuttling recruiters to and from the WSC and parking lots all day. Look for the vans. If you do not see a van, call (801) 422-4325 (Advisement Office) and they will call a van driver for you.
Q: What about breakfast and lunch?
A: We will provide a light breakfast and a luncheon for you. A meal ticket for each recruiter is needed. Accurate names and numbers of recruiters will be necessary far enough in advance to prepare the tickets.
Q: How will I get my display put up?
A: You will have student volunteers available for assistance and errands.
Q: How will I get the display shipped back to my company?
A: We have Fed Ex and other carriers to pick up your materials in the WSC near the career fair area. We have shipping labels. All you need is your shipping account number to put on the labels.
