Aurora Taylor-Rojas currently serves as Vice President of Engineering for L3 Technologies Broadband Communications Sector. Ms. Taylor-Rojas oversees 1000+ engineers of all engineering disciplines and is responsible for technical architectures, system solutions, and technical program execution.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Taylor-Rojas held the position of Director of Systems Engineering for five years supporting various business segments, as well as extensive technical support to the business area leads and business development.

James R. Maughan, Senior Executive, GE Power

James R. Maughan was born in Schenectady, NY and is a second-generation GE employee. He received a B.S. from Brigham Young University, and a M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University, all in Mechanical Engineering. In 1989, he joined GE Research in Schenectady, NY, to work in the areas of low emissions combustion research, aircraft engines, and gas appliances before transferring to GE Power in 1997 to lead the introduction of low emissions combustion systems into GE gas turbines.

Woodley was inspired by his parents’ work ethic and focus on education: he went to BYU and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering before eventually earning his MBA from Harvard. Now Woodley is the CEO of Progressive Leasing, a public company that has seen exceptional growth during his tenure. Previously, he was COO and CFO of DigiCert, Inc., where he also helped lead a team that realized significant growth.

Bishnu Adhikari, a 2010 CHOICE Humanitarian of the Year featured in the film Meet the Mormons, received a MS in International Environmental Policy from Monterey Institute of International Studies in California and another MS degree in Civil Engineering from Rostov on Don State Building Academy, Rostov, Russia. He has 20 years of work experience in civil engineering programs and project management. Rural infrastructure development and project management has been Mr. Adhikari's passion since he returned to Nepal in 1994.

McGill is Engineering VP of Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), a company specializing in civil government, defense and cybersecurity solutions, which reached sales of $24 billion in 2016 and employs 63,000 people worldwide. McGill is an adjunct lecturer for Raytheon's onsite Master of Science in Systems Engineering program with Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering. She also worked as chief engineer for Air Warfare Systems and Tomahawk Cruise Missiles.

He graduated from BYU in mechanical engineering and from Harvard's Advanced Management Program.
